Privacy

This page summarizes how GymFit handles your data. It does not replace a full, legally reviewed privacy policy — the final version will be linked here before the public launch.

Cookies, tracking & fonts

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics tools.

Fonts are self-hosted — no Google Fonts or similar are embedded, and no data is transferred to third parties.

When the site is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary server logs (e.g. IP address) to deliver the page.

What we process

Account and profile details (e.g. name, email) you provide at sign-in.

Training data you record in the app: exercises, sets, weights, reps and derived values such as volume, records and XP.

Optionally health data from Apple Health (e.g. body weight) if you grant the connection.

What we use it for

To show you your training, stats and progress.

To provide gamification features such as XP, levels and achievements.

To take part — only if you enable it — in your gym’s leaderboard.

Apple Health

GymFit only reads the values you explicitly grant and writes completed workouts back as an activity. You can revoke access anytime in iOS settings.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. If you train as a member of a gym, certain data is visible to that gym to manage your membership. The leaderboard is private by default and fully opt-in.

Your control

You can control your leaderboard visibility, disconnect Apple Health and request deletion of your account.
